When is rent due?

Rent is due on the first day of each month. There is NO grace period. Please sign up on our portal to arrange payment electronically.

What utilities are covered in the rent?

Resident are responsible for electricity, water and sewage fee as well as cable/internet. Only trash is included.

Is parking included in the rent? Is there guest parking availiable? Any EV Charging Availaible?

It depends on your unit. Most units will be assigned one parking space in the underground garage. Only street parking is available for guests. Resident or guest parking on commercial level garage is prohibited. Non-exclusive EV charging parking space is availaibale for extra fee. Please refer to house rule and move-in letter for details.

Are pets allowed? Is there pet rent?

Pets (when matured) 25lbs and under are accepted. Currently, there is no extra charge for pet rent and only a $300 deposit per pet. Terms and condition may be subject to change without notice.

How are maintenance requests handled?

Please submit all maintenance requests via your tenant portal.

What amenities does the building have?

Courtyard with a Koi pond and zen garden and a fitness room.

Can I mount a TV on the wall?

Yes. A flat screen TV's up to 65 inches can be mounted on the wall. Make sure you find a wall stud to screw on the mount. You are expected to restore the wall to the condiiton it was in upon move out.

When are deposits returned?

Deposits are returned within 21 days of your move-out date.

How fast is the internet?

Comcast and Wave Broadband currently provide plans for up to 1 Gbps.

How are packages handled?

It depends on the courier. Some couriers deliver to your door, while some drop them off at the mail room.

What if I lost my key after business hours?

Securing your key is your responsibility. You can call yourself from the intercom located just outside the main lobby and open the front door. You need to call a locksmith to open your unit door.
